Editing and Writing
I offer a wide gamut of freelance editing and writing services,
ranging from basic proofreading to line editing, varying levels
of revision, writing on spec, and ghost writing. I have both a
BA and MA in English, and I’m an English instructor, teaching
writing and literature at the University of South Alabama and
Springhill College.
I’ve done letters, press releases and interviews for medical
schools, hospitals, and doctors’ offices, written and edited
music and book reviews, and ghostwritten a series of articles
for a monthly column on exercise and nutrition. I can also
conduct interviews for bios or articles and write in just about
any specialty.
I’ve written copy for everything from corporate websites to
photography books, sales copy for music, an award-winning public
service announcement, infomercials, and aviation.
On the flip side, I write fiction and creative non-fiction,
having published short stories in Oracle Fine Arts Review,
Lullwater Review, and Aoife’s Kiss.
