I have a disorder called bipolar - not a personality quirk.

This book is unique because it not only tells the story of a woman who has battled her entire life with this disorder, but has devised a way to go beyond just controlling it. Throughout the heartbreaks of her life, she struggles to become the very thing most of us take for granted, to be normal. She uses God and spirituality to guide her 'steps' and yet at no time do you feel damned or that she is being preachy
