How to enter Online

If you have not registered for a  PayPal account, click here.

Contest submissions entered before January 15, 2012 will NOT be accepted.

   Step 1:  Pay Entry Fee via PayPal.

Adult Fiction & Nonfiction   $8.00 per entry	Adult Poetry     $8.00 per 2 Poem entry

   Step 2:  E-mail  your contest submission attached to backporchmag@bellsouth.net

  E-mail each submission separately and include the information below with each submission.

 

  All attached submissions MUST be saved in a .txt  (simple text) or a .doc (Microsoft Word) format.  Attachments preferred, but you may also cut and paste the text of your cover page and contest submission into the body of the E-mail.

 

How to prepare your submission:

 

Page One  COVER PAGE:

Must include your:

1. Name

2. Address

3. Phone

4. E-Mail address

5. Title of Submission

6. Category (Fiction, Nonfiction, Poetry)

7. Word Count (Not to exceed 2500 words or 50 lines of poetry)

Page Two  BEGIN YOUR CONTEST SUBMISSION:

1. Begin the text of your contest submission

2. Put Title and page number in the upper right hand corner on each page of your submission

3. DO NOT include your name on any page except the Cover Page
